A Private Villa With Spectacular Views Sunrise To Sunset

Alta vista with a 24/7 dedicated concierge is a 2 storey house with each floor containing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms with AC and WIFI and a 30′ pool. ( total 4 bedrooms). It has a spectacular 270 degree view of the south shore of Providenciales form Long Bay to the South Dock and Juba Sound- Sunrise to Sunset the views are always breathtaking.

Situated on one acre of land it is a private retreat but it is a short distance, across the road, from Long Bay Beach where you can walk for miles on a pristine beach.

New Designed Kitchen

The new kitchens and bathrooms feature granite tops and stainless steel appliances with high end cabinetry. The Davenport sofas on both floors are Queen size accommodate 2 extra people on each floor.

The Bedrooms

On each floor, one bedroom is a queen and the other is a king that can be divided into 2 twin XL. Besides AC there are ceiling fans and TV and DVD in each bedroom and living room.

Large Deck with Pool

There is a walk out from the living room to the large deck and 30 foot pool with spectacular views.

Great pool and wonderful sunsets!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista Villa. The house is on Long Bay which is just beautiful and so very private. Another big plus is Jojo the Property Manager. He was very helpful with suggestions regarding everything from the Thursday fish fry to places to eat. It’s a perfect 4 bedroom home.

Nice views, great pool, loved the deck upstairsWe came to the island with another family so we had 4 adults and 7 children. The children loved the pool. Jojo was a wonderful host and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best island experience. Our family stayed in the downstairs unit which is a little more closed off than the upstairs one, but we spent such little time there and the beds were really comfortable so it suited us just fine. Having laundry in both units was really nice. We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay but easily able to head back there with our rental car if we desired. It was a fairly short walk to Long Bay Beach which was great for our kids – ages 4 to 14.
